Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ELD SMART BUY. We strive to provide quality products and fair service. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery issues.

  1. Contact and Return Requests
    If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please include the following information:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging if damage occurred
• A brief description of the issue

Requests that do not include sufficient information or documentation may be delayed or declined.

  1. Damaged Shipments
    While we take care in packaging all orders, shipping carriers occasionally handle packages roughly during transit. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and the packaging.

Damage claims must include images of:

• The damaged item
• The outer shipping box
• Any internal protective packaging

We will review the information and assist in determining an appropriate resolution or carrier claim if applicable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Due to shipping and handling costs, we generally do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, installed, altered, or purchased in error.

Returns may be declined if:

• The product shows signs of use
• The original packaging is missing or damaged
• The item is not in resellable condition

Returns may only be approved if a product is confirmed defective or significantly damaged during shipping.

  1. Order Cancellations
    Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been processed, payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Refunds
    If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Refund amounts may exclude:

• Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider
• Shipping costs
• Other non-refundable service fees associated with the transaction

Refund approvals are issued at the discretion of ELD SMART BUY after review of the request and supporting documentation.

  1. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where a product is confirmed to be defective or significantly damaged during transit.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise determined during the review process.

  1. Delivery Confirmation
    Orders shipped by ELD SMART BUY include tracking information. Packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.

If a delivery issue occurs, customers should contact the shipping carrier or notify us so we can assist with a claim investigation.

  1. Buyer Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Shipping addresses are correct before completing checkout
• Products selected are appropriate for their needs
• Orders are reviewed prior to purchase

Returns due to incorrect selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse may be declined.

  1. Payment Disputes
    Customers agree to contact ELD SMART BUY to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.

  2. Partial Refunds
    Partial refunds may be offered in limited circumstances and are issued only at the discretion of ELD SMART BUY after review of the situation.
